On the occasion of Teachers’ Day, we asked some Electrosteel-ians to call out with their ‘teachers’ — other members of the Electrosteel family they had learnt valuable lessons from, and are inspired by on a daily basis. After all, learning never stops, at Electrosteel.
Here’s some of them (clockwise, from top left):

Rupsha Roy on Radha Agarwal:
“I feel extremely fortunate to have worked under her guidance and mentorship. She has always helped me get through every situation. The amount of learning I have had from her is immeasurable.”

Chetan Chhawchharia on Pankaj Poddar:
“I consider him to be my mentor in a true sense. He not only taught me the trade skills of our industry but also constantly guided me to walk on the right path in all aspects of life.”

Ujjwal Ghosh on Atin Dey:
“I started my career under him. Since the last 16 years, he has played a pivotal role in my professional grooming in every way.”

Rakesh Mukherjee on Kailash Ajitsaria:
“He inspires me to be self-confident and analytical, constantly keeping the Company’s benefit in mind.”

Deepak Agarwal, Arpan Poddar, Rohit Jain and Ankit Nopany on Rajesh Bang (sitting):
“We are his team-cum-family. Finding ‘victory in defeat’ to gain courage, and ‘defects in victory’ to stay humble!”

Rana Das on Swarup Roy:
“Working with him has been highly motivational. He has taught me to prioritise my work and to stay focused under pressure.”

Riddhiman Gon and Priyo Ranjan Pramanik on Pallab Bhatta (sitting):
“We have learnt a lot of things that help us to boost our professional careers.”

Thank you all, both teachers/mentors and the students!
