Our cooling tower energy consumption was very high, due to metal fan blades and fixed temperature control.
Once identified by an aware shop floor worker, we got to work.
We changed them to low weight, non-metallic FRP blade.
This, along with other innovations reduced our cooling tower energy consumption by 34%.
