#Electrosteel goes to Moutse, South Africa!

The Moutse East West Bulk Water Supply Project consisted of 63 Km of 400 mm diameter pipes and 22 Km of 600 mm diameter pipes — supplied by Electrosteel, the same global company celebrating #25YearsofDIPipesinIndia!
This was the single biggest DI contract (at that time) in South Africa.
The project meets the strictest international standards, and will supply water at the lowest possible pumping costs, taking water from the Olifants River at Groblersdal.
The unique design (of pumping) and gravity flow saves considerable amounts of energy and will ensure safe and reliable supply of drinking water to the vast, water-scarce region.
